Bucket Truck Inspections

ANSI Inspection

ANSI 92.9 requires that an aerial lift be periodically inspected at an interval of one to twelve months. Our annual bucket truck inspection is a hands-on, operational inspection of your machine and includes:

  • Detailed, written cost and time estimate and complete customer briefing provided for
    • Required ANSI repairs
    • Factory suggested maintenance
    • Runnion Equipment suggested maintenance and repairs
  • All mounting and rotation hardware torqued to factory specs
  • Pump/PTO spline inspection and service (if equipped)
  • Complete lubrication of machine

Dielectric Testing

If you have an insulated aerial device, Runnion Equipment can dielectrically test it. We can also offer dielectric tests for the bucket liner and any controls that have high electrical resistant components.
